Amazing service from ordering through to receiving the dresses. Firstly, arrived really quickly using tracked delivery. Secondly, I was truly gobsmacked at their condition on arrival. I was expecting them to be folded with paper and a thank you card at the most. But to receive them in a dress bag, on hangers, with a personalised note was extra special. Thank you so much Holly for including the 3rd, double layered dress for us to be able to see the differences. If you hadn’t of included it I wouldn’t have known this was an option - I have one last bridesmaid to order a sample for and then we will be ordering in January ready for our amazing wedding in March.

Holly went above and beyond, sending dresses in both single and double weight and additional colour swatches even though I had only ordered one. Holly answered all questions very promptly. I must have tried over 20 dresses to find a dress for my winter wedding and this was perfect! Can't wait to get my dress

This is such an incredible idea! It’s great being able to see a sample dress and to try them on! The day I ordered the sample dresses, Holly dispatched them the same day and they arrived next working day which I was really impressed with! I ordered two sample dresses and Holly was very attentive ensuring there was one dress with a single layer and the other as a double layer so I could see both options. The quality was amazing and the eucalyptus and sage colours are beautiful! One of my bridesmaids is quite tall so to have the option when ordering to add extra length is great! Also, the option to have a second dress added for free was great so I could order a different size to suit all my bridesmaids. When ordering swatches Holly sent extra colours so I could see all the different shades of green and I thought this was a lovely thing to do, it’s clear customer service is a priority! Couldn’t recommend Holly enough, so helpful and attentive throughout the process! Thank you!

Absolutely delighted with the samples to try on! We ordered two, but there wasn't a sample in the size we wanted with the bust and sleeves we wanted, so we got an extra sent to see the sleeves and the bust. The extra dress that was sent was double lined which was very helpful to see the difference. Returning them was so easy and communicating with Holly was very easy too. Now I just can't wait until its time to order the custom dresses for my bridesmaids!
