Dresses, Sashes & Bandeaus

As all of our dresses, sashes and bandeaus are made to order especially for you we don’t currently offer returns on items that aren’t faulty.

Of course if you find fault with any dress or bandeau simply contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to find the best resolution to the problem. In cases where multiple dresses are brought for bridesmaids we would assume it’s preferable to either repair or replace any faulty item as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to the plans for your big day. Where fault is found with a single dress purchased we can repair, replace or refund the item.

For faulty dresses or bandeaus we will refund the cost of return postage to us, please retain receipt of postage to be sent or emailed to us in order for us to process this.

Strap Slider Accessories

If you are not happy with your strap slider purchase, simply return the item to us in the original condition within 14 days of receiving. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different style if preferred. For accessories you will be liable for the return cost of postage.

Please note:

  • The item/s being returned are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service to avoid goods being lost.
